  1. In a pan add.oil add urad dhal curry leaves and.switch off once urad dhal turns golden colour(if u want u can add coriander and mint leaves, coconut and fry for few minutes)
  2. Take a mixie jar add fried items and coriander,mint leaves,chilli, garlic,ginger,, shredded coconut,tamarind and salt and little water and grind it to a smooth paste.
