Instructions to make Masala Gobhi Paneer:
  1. Wash Gobhi florets.In a bowl add all masala ingredients mix well,add grated ginger garlic and mustard oil.
  2. Now add gram flour and buttermilk saute well and marrinate gobhi florets and paneer for 20 min.
  3. Heat oil and fry marrinated Gobhi and Paneer together.After frying transfer to a bowl or plate.
  4. Now in a grinder grind onion.In the same kadai add butter and pour onion, ginger, garlic paste and cook till brown.
  5. Now after cooking this paste properly add tomato paste also put Red chili powder and salt and little water cook well till reduces.
  6. Now add fried paneer and gobhi into it also add little water so that veggies abosorb masala cook for few min. Off the flame.
  7. Transfer to a serving dish garnish with coriander leaves and butter serve with nan or roti.
