  1. In a pan pour 1tbs oil, fry socked moong dhal for 15 min in low flame
  2. Now add leftover spinach and cumin powder and potato cubes for 15min. If need sprinkle water
  3. Now add grated coconut and ghee. Cook for 5min. Finally sprinkle crushed chill
  4. Now the new fresh side dish is ready to serve
