The ingredients needed to make Daal Makhani:
  1. Get 1 cup daal
  2. Get 1/2 cup rajma
  3. Take 2 chopped tomatoes
  4. Prepare 1 chopped onions
  5. Get 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  6. Make ready as per taste Salt
  7. Make ready 1 tsp red chilli pow
  8. Make ready 1/2 tsp garam masala
  9. Take 2-3 tsp ghee
  10. Prepare as required Water
  11. Take 2 cup milk
  12. Prepare 2 tsp white butter or Amul butter
  13. Get 1 tsp dalchini pow or stick
Instructions to make Daal Makhani:
  1. Wash the dal with rajma,add in cooker add salt,dalchini
  2. Give 4 to 5 whistle,in other side take pan or kadai add ghee,onion,ginger garlic paste,and cook till it turns pinkish
  3. Add chopped tomatoes cook the masala add all dry masalas and as dal is cooked nicely add milk in the dal and cook the dal in slow flame for 15 to 20 min
  4. As your masala is ready add the masala in the dal and cook again for 5 to 10 min and serve with white butter or normal butter
