Wash gram lentil(chana daal) and soak 3-4 hrs or overnight. - - In a large pan(I used pressure cooker) add meat dried red chilies, salt,onions, white cumin, coriander seeds, cloves, black pepper turmeric powder, green cardamom black cardamom, ginger,garlic paste and 1or 2 cups of water in a pan cook or untill meat is tender.
When meat is tender, add soaked gram lentil when the lentil is tender and dried all the water,add garam masala powder and mix well cook more 5 minute.
When meat and lentil is tenderized, an mixture is little bit cold. - Now grind meat and lentil in a food(take out both cardamom skin) processor make a smooth mixture. - - Now add the green chilies, fresh coriander to the ground meat mixture pulse 2-3 time.
Make a kababs dip in a beaten eggs and shallow fry in a non-stick pan. cook both sides until light golden brown colour. - - Beef resha kebabs are ready. Serve hot with mint raita and fresh salad.
