  12. Make ready 1 cup Cream Milk

  14. Get 1 Spoon Garam Masala
  15. Prepare 1 Spoon Coriander Powder
  16. Get 1 Spoon Cumin Powder
  17. Make ready 1/2 spoon Turmeric Powder
  18. Take 2 tsp Green Freshy Coriander leaves
  19. Take 2 Bay leaves
  20. Make ready 1 tsp Kasuri Methi
Steps to make Dal Makhni:
  1. Take a Utensil add Black Gram and Kidney Beans mix well and Soaked it for 6 to 7 hours.
  2. Afterwards Rinse water from Utensil Now take a Pressure Cooker add Soaked Black Gram and Kidney Beans into it add Water,Salt Close the lid Boil on medium flame for 15 to 20 min till 4 to 5 Whistle.
  3. Afterwards Take a Kadhai or Pan add 1 Cup any Cooking Oil heat for 2 min then add Cumin Seeds, Bay leaves, Cinnamon, Cardamom heat for 2 min then add Chopped Onion Cooked for 5 min then add Ginger Garlic Green Chillies Paste Cook for 5 to 7 min.
  4. After Cooking Onion Ginger Garlic Green Chillies Paste then add 1 and half Cup Tomato Puree into it Cook for 5 to 7 min then add Turmeric Powder, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, mix well and Cook for 5 to 7 min then add Boiled Black Gram and Kidney Beans into it.
  5. Afterwards add Water 1 Cup Cover the lid and cook for 5 to 7 min then add Cream Milk 1 Cup and Cook for 5 to 7 min.
  6. Afterwards open the lid and add Kasuri Methi and again Cook for 10 min to adjust the consistency and Makhni become thick.
  7. Now Garnish with Green fresh Coriander,Serve it hot to the Bowl Garnish with 2 Spoon Butter and Green fresh Coriander and Enjoy with Roti Paratha Naan or Rice.Your Delicious Makhni is Ready.
