  1. Make ready Coconut Oil
  2. Prepare Brown Sugar
  3. Get Aquafaba (Chickpea brine)
  4. Get Vanilla Essence

  1. Add the brown sugar to the coconut oil.

  3. Sift flour in a separate bowl, add rest of the dry ingredients (baking soda, salt, ground ginger, cinnamon & all spice).
  4. Mix the wet and dry ingredients together.
  5. Roll out the mixture, and cut out shapes.
  6. Place on baking tray and bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
