  3. Mix flour, black cumin and salt, oil in same pan and make a dough.
  4. After resting 30 min, make slices and roll by rolling pin by using oil.
  5. Then cut all sides of the flat roll in rectangular shape.
  6. Then cut the roll in 2 set and separate them.
  7. Put oil in hand and take potato mix, put it in roll and wrap it
  8. Complete the wrap with add a tooth peeks.
  9. Make a thin batter of flour and water and dip the edges of roll to save the stuffing.
  10. Then take oil in pan and keep hot.In medium flame stir the oil and keep the rolls for frying.
  11. Flip all of them and fry slowly from all sides.
  12. When the rolls getting golden brown then take them from oil and serve hot.
  13. The roll samosa serve hot with tomato chutney.
