Hey everyone, I hope you’re having an amazing day today. Today, we’re going to prepare a special dish, fish samosa. One of my favorites. This time, I’m gonna make it a little bit tasty. This will be really delicious.

Fish Samosa is one of the most popular of recent trending meals on earth. It is appreciated by millions daily. It is simple, it is fast, it tastes delicious. They’re fine and they look fantastic. Fish Samosa is something which I’ve loved my whole life.

To begin with this recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can cook fish samosa using 17 ingredients and 7 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make Fish Samosa:
  1. Prepare maida / all-purpose flour
  2. Take refined Oil
  3. Take Oil for deep frying
  4. Make ready Salt
  5. Take Water
  6. Get Ajwain/carom seeds
  7. Make ready cloves
  8. Make ready Stuffing
  9. Get aloo( potatoes) boiled & mashed
  10. Take Onion finely chopped
  11. Prepare coriander leaves chopped
  12. Make ready green chillies chopped
  13. Prepare Mayonnaise
  14. Get black pepper powder
  15. Make ready chaat masala powder
  16. Get salt
  17. Get tomato sauce
Steps to make Fish Samosa:
  1. First make dough for our fish samosa. Take a bowl add all-purpose flour (Maida), add oil, ajwain, salt, water and bind it all to form a little hard Dough.
  2. Cover it and rest it for 10 mins. Then make poori like shape and in the middle of it put some little amount of stuffing like a straight line.
  3. Then cut it from the sides as shown in the above pictures. Just keep folding it cross.
  4. Then for it's tail take a knife 🔪 and make some line marks. For it's eye's used Cloves.
  5. Turn on the gas and place a kadhai and pour Oil, when the oil is little hot just fry the fish shape Samosa. The flame should be low to medium, check accordingly. If one side done then flip it to other side.
  6. Note: At a time you can fry 6 Samosa. It will take around 20 mins to get fried.
  7. It's done turn off the flame. Serve it with Chutney.
