Fried rice is a tasty dish that is traditionally made from steamed rice stir-fried in a wok, but it can also be made in a pan. Instructions to make Fried rice:
  1. Add olive oil to a wok let it heat up.

  3. Move bacon, onion and garlic to one side of the wok and add the lightly beaten eggs. Season egg with salt and pepper. Scramble the egg and when its almost cooked mix with the bacon, onion and garlic.
  4. Add the rice either from refrigerated temp or room temp only. Stir fry for a minute or two.
  5. Wash the brine off the mushrooms and add to the wok.
  6. Stir in the sesame oil, soy sauce and chicken booster. Lastly add the Chinese cooking wine.
  7. Add and stir in the scallion, green peas and bean sprouts. Turn off the heat and cover for a few minutes…and your done!!

Make sure you season your rice with salt before it cooks. Add some butter to the cooking water, as well.
