  1. First of all, take a bowl and soak boondi in water for 15 minutes.
  2. Whisk the curd and add Boondi,black salt,black pepper,green chilies and roasted cumin powder.
  3. Take out the Boondi and drain the excess water.
  4. Put this soaked Boondi in the whisked curd and mix it lightly. Now, add coriander leaves to garnish.
  5. Put this in the refrigerator for half hour and serve it cold.
