  5. Stuff the spices into the cut brinjals
  6. Put them aside,now heat some oil,add onion paste fry until brown
  7. Add ginger garlic paste saute till brown leaves oil.
  8. Mix stuff bringals, and fried potatoes..
  9. Cover with a lid for 10 Minutes
  10. Add dry spices.
  11. Mix well And garnish with coriander leaves..
  12. Serve with roti.
