  14. Prepare For layering
  15. Prepare 1/2 bundle chopped coriander
  16. Take 1/2 bundle mint leaves
  17. Take 1 sliced lemon
  18. Make ready 2 sliced tomatoes
Steps to make Bombay biryani:
  1. Add oil in a pan and add sliced onions as well let onions golden brown
  2. Now add ginger garlic paste in it broil for few mints then add chicken and broil for 5 to 6 mints… Then add diced tomatoes and cover for 10 mints then add potatoes, Shan Bombay biryani masala and yougert and broil it well
  3. Now add 3cup water in it and let it cook and tenderize until done… Then when tenderize then stir fry it until oil seporates…Then beside this add 15 cup of water in a deep pan and add salt in it let it heat then add rice in it and let them 3/4 done then drain water and put aside..
  4. Now for layering and dum add a layer of rice in a pan then add the prepared gravy over it then add chopped coriander, mint leaves, 2 sliced tomatoes and 1 sliced lemon and 3 to 5 green chillies then add a layer of rice again… And put on dum for 5 mints until done then serve…
