  2. Soak the Chowmein in hot water for 5 minutes. Set aside.
  3. Put them in a bowl. Add cold water. Immediately take out. (This step helps in reducing stickiness).
  4. Cut the veggies into thin slices.
  5. Pour oil in pan.
  6. Put the veggies for frying. Add 1 tsp Black Salt, 1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder. Keep frying till veggies soften.
  7. Add 1 Packet Maggie Masala.
  8. Add the noodles Chowmein.
  9. Mix everything carefully. Add 1 Packet Maggie Masala and finish cooking.
