  1. Take 1 gram fried dhal ( pottukalai ) Cup
  2. Prepare 1 1/2 Cups sugar
  3. Prepare Bunch Cashew badam grapes dry

  1. First finely powder the fried gram dhal (pottukalai)
  2. Then powder sugar, and roast the cashew, badam and dry grapes in ghee
  3. Then in a bowl first mix the fried gram dhal (pottukalai) powder and sugar powder then add little ghee and add the roasted nuts. then try to make small round ball if it dosent come add 1or 2 tsp of milk then make into small balls…
  4. Shelf life is about a week for laddu w/t milk. (When add milk, try consuming in 2 or 3 days)
