To make the dough first boil water and add salt to it then switch of the flame and slowly incorporate the rice flour to it by pouring in one hand and stirring in the other.. note salt added to the water is salt for the rice flour so add accordingly. Stir without lumps and make a dough.
Then take a wide plate grease it with oil and take little oil in a cup to keep greasing your palms. When the dough is warm grease your palms and your finger tips and make balls. Once you have done all the dough steam it for 15 mins do not put whistle.
Cool then in a deep kadai add oil for tadka and add mustard seeds chanadhal urad dhal and hing.. let it splutter. Then add the steams rice flour dumpling and stir it with the tadka for 1 min.
Grind coconut green chilli and coriander and add it to the rice flour dumpling and serve. It does not require any side dish.
