  23. Take 1 tsp Oil (coconut oil)

  25. Take 1 tsp Mustard seeds

  27. Prepare Curry patta few
  28. Make ready 1 tsp Urad dal
Steps to make Masala Dosa:
  1. Soak dal and rice together for 3 hrs
  2. Grind it smoothly add salt mix well
  3. Ferment the batter for 12 hrs
  4. Dosa batter ready
  5. For masala take oil in kadai
  6. Add all the tadkas items fry
  7. Add onion fry till light brown
  8. Add tomato salt and turmeric powder fry
  9. Add a spoon of Ginger paste fry
  10. Add a glass of water
  11. Add the smashed potato and mix
  12. Add besan and water
  13. Cook till all water gone
  14. Make big dosas in a tawa
  15. In one side of the dosa add coconut chutney and another side potato masala
  16. Serve with chutney and sambar
