  1. For tart shell: Sieve the flour and salt. - Mix butter, rub till it becomes like bread crumbs.
  2. Add water and make a stiff dough and refrigerate for at least 15 min. Divide the dough into 10. Equal portions.
  3. Roll out a portion of the dough into 4 inches diameter. Place the circles into the tart moulds and press gently. Prick them with a fork.
