  7. Prepare 1 tsp turmeric powder

  11. Take 3-4 cup(as per gravy choice) Warm water
  12. Get 2 tbsp Oil

  14. Get 1 roughly cut onion
  15. Prepare 4 green chillies, chopped finely
  16. Get 6 garlic cloves
  17. Get 1 inch Ginger
Instructions to make Hare matar ki daal(green peas pulse):
  1. Peel up peas and wash clean and blend them in a mixer jar.the paste grind not to thick too thin.other grind onion, green chilli, garlic, ginger to make a fine paste/puree.
  2. In pan heat, the oil adds bay leaf, oregano, cinnamon, cardamom, and stir. Add onion and stir for a little golden color. Now add the puree and stir for 2 mints. Add peas paste and cook 10 mints.
  3. Add tomato, coriander powder, turmeric powder mix well. Cover it and cook for 5mint to tomato soft. after 5 mints tomato looks soft and add gram masala, salt, warm water as per gravy consistency. Cover it and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Cook well than turn off heat. Serve it with rice, chapati. It's good for health.
