  1. Get 2 cup channa dal
  2. Get 100 g bread crumbs

  6. Prepare 1 tsp cumin seed powder
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp garam masala powder

Steps to make Dal Channa Kabab:
  1. Wash and soak the dal for 30 to 40 mins.
  2. Boil the chana dal in 2 cups a water with salta d turmeric powder.
  3. Cook on a low flame till the dal is tender and the water completely absorbed.
  4. Cool and mash well.
  5. Add coriander leaves, red chilli powder,garam masala powder,cumin seed powder and cornflour.
  6. Mix well
  7. Make thick round tikkis
  8. Dip in eggs
  9. Coat each tikki with some bread crumbs and fry in hot oil on a medium flame till golden.
