Get 2 cup soaked chana dal

Instructions to make Chana dal:
In a pressure cooker boil the chanadaal adding little salt and turmeric powder and keep aside..
In the meantime heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste chopped green chillies and asefetida saute them for 5-7 sec than add chopped onion add salt and saute till it change colour than add tamatoes and add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder mix nicely and saute till oil is separated..
Than add the boiled daal into the mixture.. Let it boil for 5-7 minutes..
Add amchur powder and coriander leaves.. Enjoy chanadaal with chappatis..
