  3. Now add gelatin to the milk mixture and stir it continuously.
  4. Now take the mixture and add it to silicone muffin tray and place it in fridge for 30minutes.
  5. After that remove from fridge and remove the panna cotta from the tray by light hands
  6. With the help of spoon put strawberry compote on each of them and along with that put some strawberry wedges for final serve

Agar agar is a jelly-like powder derived from algae. It's tasteless and works wonderfully for this recipe!
