Steps to make Paneer Tikka:
Mix the yoghurt and chickpea flour in a big bowl.
Melt 2 tablespoon butter. Now add this butter to the flour and yoghurt mixture. Also add 1 teaspoon cooking oil.
Add the spices - salt, chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala. Add a pinch of black salt.
Rub 1 tablespoon fenugreek between your palms and add it to the mixture. This brings out the flavour from the leaves.
Dice the vegetables and paneer. Add it to the mixture.
Pop the vegetables on skewers.
Heat a griddle pan. Pour a teaspoon oil. Spread it on the pan with a tissue.
Heat the skewers in the pan evenly. Pour little drops of melted butter occasionally for flavour.
Serve with green mint chutney or tamarind chutney.
