In a pan take butter and oil add garlic, chilli and saute. Add veggies and saute till little smooth.add milk mix and cook till it thickens
Add pasta, salt and cook till soft and dry.

Roll out round roti cut to half or semi circle and and stick edges to make cone. Add mixture in cone and seal edges either flat or folded
Deep fry till brown.
