Get Chicken minced meat
Prepare White onion
Take Finely chopped coriander leaves

Boil egg for 10 mins, and put it in ice-cold water for 10 mins and remove the shell.
Pat it with a kitchen towel and keep.
In a pan, pour oil. Fry onion until soft. Then add chopped ginger-garlic, salt, coriander, pepper turmeric, all spice powder and minced meat and cook for 10 to 12 mins.
Let it cool, Now divide the meat into 4 balls, flatten with hand, keep the egg, cover with meat slowly make it as a smooth rolls. Do it same with all the eggs
Now dip the rolls in the beaten egg, and roll it in flour, then roll in bread crumbs.
Pour the oil in a deep pan and fry the scotch eggs one by one in medium flame.
Serve with garlic paste and mayonnaise or sweet and sour ketchup
