Samosa is one of the most popular of current trending meals in the world. It’s simple, it is fast, it tastes delicious. It’s enjoyed by millions daily. Samosa is something which I’ve loved my entire life. They are fine and they look fantastic.

The ingredients needed to make Samosa:
Prepare for stuffing
Get boiled potatoes
Prepare ginger chilli paste
Get red chilli powder
Get salt
Prepare black salt
Prepare turmeric powder
Prepare Hing/asafoetida
Take garam masala
Get dry mango powder
Prepare fennel seeds
Take Freshly chopped coriander leaves
Make ready oil
Take For dough
Take wheat flour
Take all-purpose flour
Get salt
Take oil
Get ajwain/carom seeds
Prepare oil for frying
Steps to make Samosa:
Knead the hard dough by mixing flour salt ajwain and oil-let it rest for 10mins
Mash the potatoes
Heat oil in a pan
Add ginger chilli paste turmeric powder hing red chilli powder and mix
Pour this to mashed potatoes
Add all the other spices and mix well
Add coriander leaves and mix.
Take a small portion of the dough and roll with rolling pin
Cut half and make cone…stick with some water
Put the stuffing and again seal with water.
Make all the samosas
Heat oil in a pan….put samosa when oil is hot…. keep it on medium flame for 2-3mins then fry on low flame till they become golden brown in colour or they become crisp.
You can air-fry this too.
