  2. Take 2 tbsp Mustard Oil
  3. Prepare 2 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder

  5. Get 2 tsp Garam Masala
  6. Prepare 2 tsp Jeera Powder
  7. Make ready 2 tsp Kasuri Methi
  8. Take 2 tsp Amchur Powder
  9. Take 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  10. Prepare 1 tsp Black Salt
  11. Get 2-3 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  12. Make ready 3 tbsp Besan
  13. Get as per taste Salt
  14. Make ready 600 gms Paneer
  15. Get 2 onions, cubed
  16. Take 2 Capsicum ,Cubed
  17. Get Some Chat Masala
Steps to make Tandoori paneer tikka:
  1. In a Bowl mix Mustard oil & Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder. This will give a good Colour to our Paneer.
  2. Add Hung Curd in that bowl & all other ingredients for Marination. Give it a proper Mix.
  3. Add cubed Bell peppers & Paneer. Mix well and cover the marination, keep it as it is for minimum 30 Mins. If you want to make this well in advance, after 30 mins refrigerate until you want to use.
  4. After 30 mins keep a bowl in it, add charcoal and pour ghee/ butter over it and cover immediately. This will give the Tandoori Effect. Cover it for 5-10 mins.
  5. Then put the marinated paneer cubes on heated non-stick pan and cook until these are proper dried up.
  6. Then skewers which are already soaked in water, arrange veggies and paneer alternatively.
  7. Charr grill these on gas stove and as soon as it is done sprinkle some chat masala.
  8. Tandoori tikkas are Ready. Serve these with salad.
