Steps to make Jain Samosa:
  1. In a large bowl, add flour, salt, ajwain and ghee. Mix well till it holds shape. Add water and knead a tight dough. Cover and keep aside for 15-20 minutes.
  2. For stuffing, boil raw banana and green peas. Mash it and Add salt, ginger chilli paste, lemon juice and coriander leaves.
  3. For tempering, heat oil, add urad dal, cumin seeds, hing, turmeric powder and curry leaves. Pour the tempering on the banana mixture and mix well. Stuffing is ready.
  4. Divide the dough into equal roundels and roll into oval shape.
  5. Now divide the oval from center and apply water on the edges. Join the edge and press it to get the cone shape.
  6. Fill stuffing inside the cone and pinch from center. Press and join both the sides. Likewise prepare all the samosa.
  7. Deep fry on low flame till it turns golden brown. Serve with chutney/ketchup.
  8. Note: Always fry samosas on low flame to avoid bubbles on them.
