  4. Add grated cheese, lemon juice and mix properly. Let it cool completely.
  5. Take both the flours, ghee salt, pepper powder, lemon juice, carom seeds in a container. Add required quantity of water and knead a medium tight dough. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
  6. Roll a round medium thick sheet. Slit in into two. Make cone shape on your fingers.
  7. Fill around 1 Tbsp stuffing in the cone shape and seal it properly.
  8. Get all your samosas ready. Deep fry samosa on medium low flame till crispy golden brown.
