Steps to make Chinese samosa/ noodles samosa:
  1. In a bowl add the maida, salt, carom seeds and oil. Mix well. Check whether your mix is holding shape or not.
  2. Add water and knead a slightly tight dough. Cover it and keep it aside.
  3. Take a kadhai. Add oil and all the chopped vegetables. Cook for a minute.
  4. Add in all the sauses, salt and pepper and cook.
  5. And in the boiled noodles. And mix really well. Set the mixture aside to let it cool down completely.
  6. Take a small peda from the dough and roll it out. Cut it in 2 parts
  7. Take one part and join the ends. It will become like a cone. You can use water to join the sides completely. I avoid using water
  8. Fill in the mix. I filled around 1- 1 1/2 tsp mix and seal it properly. Again you can use water to seal.
  9. With the same steps I.e 6,7 and 8 make all the samosa
  10. Heat up your oil to fry. Fry till golden brown from both the sides
  11. And they are ready to serve. Serve hot with coriander chutney, ketchup, chilli sauce, imli ki chuney or anything yoh like
