  1. Whisk the yogurt, add salt and red chillies and keep aside.
  2. Shred the Lauki,boil it until it's done. Strain and mash using a masher. Mix this in the prepared yogurt mixture.
  3. Heat oil in a pan,add zeera. Once it pops add the button red chillies and put this baghar on raita.
  4. Serve with chapati.
