  3. Close the lid cook for 10min turn off the gas and take out from kadhai……place it on bowl then grind it in a chopper
  4. Wisk the curd make it smooth then add the bathura mixer then mix it well
  5. Heat a tadka pan add pinch of hing 3-4finely chopped garlic
  6. Pour this Tadka on curd bathuwa mixer
