  12. Take Quarter of finely chopped chorizo (optional not with soya)
  13. Take Grated english cheddar cheese (optional)
  14. Get Nachos & sour sauce (optional)
  15. Prepare Water to rehydrate as seen
  16. Take Tobasco or equivalent
Instructions to make Hungry man's Black Bean Chilli:
  1. Add finely chopped onions, frozen vegetables, garlic and garlic puree and fry at medium heat. Optional soya or chorizo
  2. Add brocoli. Boil half cup of rice
  3. As vegetables cook add Siracha, squirt of tomato sauce, tomato puree and water as required
  4. Stir in chilli sachet or mix paprika and chilli together to make your own powder. Do this fairly steadily let it mix in add a small amount of water if needed
  5. Serve with rice add shredded cheese to bowl and pour some tobasco
