  3. Once the water start boiling,cover the cooker with the lid. On the slow flame, make 3 whistles. Let the cooker cool down.Meanwhile we will prepare buttermilk. In a jar add curd,cumin powder, salt, green coriander, water and mix it using the hand grinder.
