Get 11/2 tbsp butter
Make ready 1/2 tsp cummin seeds
Prepare 1/4 cup chopped onion
Get 1/2 cup chopped capsicum
Make ready 1 cup chopped green tomatoes
Take 1/2 cup spinach, (blanch/grind to paste)
Get 1/2 cup coriander leaves & green chillies (2) paste
Take 1 boiled potato
Make ready 1/4 cup boiled green peas
Get 1.1/2 tbsp pavbhaji masala
Take to taste Salt
Get To serve :
Take 8-10 pav.cut into pieces buttered & toasted
Make ready 1 cup finely chopped onion (salad)

Steps to make Flavours of Pavbhaji:
Preparation of Pavbhaji.. chopped onion and red tomatoes….Boiled potatoes,peas, cauliflower.
In non stick pan add & heat butter..as it melt add asofoetida,crushed garlic saute,add chopped onions saute for few minutes…add chopped red tomatoes..cook till tender.
Add pavbhaji masala and red chilli powder. mix well and cook for 3-4mins..add potatoes,peas, cauliflower mashed mixture..mix well…add salt…and cook for 5mins.Serve hot..with roasted pav.
Preparation of Hariyali Pavbhaji..boiled potato and peas.chopped onion & capsicum,blanch spinach and make smooth paste.. chopped green tomatoes,make paste of coriander leaves and chillies.
In non stick pan add & heat butter and spluttter cummin seeds, add chopped onion and saute for few minutes.Add capsicum saute add chopped green tomatoes and cook till tender.Add spinach paste & coriander leaves- green chillies paste..mix well.
Add boiled and mashed potato,peas mixture..mix well…add pavbhaji masala,salt..mix well cook for 5mins. Serve hot with Pav.
To make toast breads.cut into required shapes of bread..add one tbsp butter and mix.Toast them in Airfryer for 5mins on 180C. Serve hot pavbhaji.
