Get bottlegourd

Pee and chop all the vegetables.
Boil them in a pressure cooker with adequate water for 10-12 minutes, till they are soft.
Open the cooker and with a hand blender, blend the veggies to a smooth paste.
Heat oil in a wok and add chopped onions and sauté them well.
Add chopped capsicum when the onions are slightly golden and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Add boiled and mashed potatoes and mix them well.
Add purée of the tomatoes and mix them well.
Add salt and pan bhaji masala and mix well.
Add the vegetables paste to this mix and let it simmer on low for 3-5 minutes till the salt and masala is mixed well with the bhaji.
Add butter and chopped onions and coriander leaves and serve hot with buttered pavs.
