  2. Get large Potato, wedges
  3. Take medium Brinjal, Baingan, wedges

  8. Make ready dry mango powder, aamchur powder

  1. Take a bowl add besan, salt, red chili powder, aamchur powder, coriender powder add potato, brinjal, greenchilli onion mix well add water and make a thick consistency batter.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai, drop small portion with the help of spoon fry on medium flame until golden brown crisp, Remove on kitchen towel.
  3. Serve hot with Chutney & Sauce & ginger tea.
