Take 1 cauliflower, chopped

Get 1 cup maida
Take 1/4 cup curd
Prepare 1 tsp fruit salt

Get 1/2 cup rice, washed and soaked for half an hour
Get 1 cup water
Take 1 tbsp ghee
Take 1 tsp jeera

Instructions to make Chole, Bhature, Jeera Rice and Aloo Gobhi:
First prepare the dough for bhature, in a mixing bowl combine together maida, oil, curd, fruit salt and salt, mix well. By adding little water knead a smooth dough, cover and keep it for 3 - 4 hours for fermentation.
