  1. Prepare 4 tsp Gooseberry size soaked tamarind
  2. Get 1 glass water
  3. Make ready 1 red chilli
  4. Get 1 tsp cumin powder roasted
  5. Get 1 tsp black pepper Powder
  6. Take 1 tsp cumin seeds
  7. Take 1 tsp mustard seeds
  8. Take Pinch turmeric powder
  9. Prepare Handful curry leaves
  10. Get Handful coriander leaves
  11. Get to taste Salt
  12. Get 1/2 tablespoon jaggery
  13. Prepare 4-5 garlic cloves
  14. Get 2 tbsp oil
Instructions to make Pepper rasam:
  1. Soak tamarind for 30 mins
  2. Roast pepper and cumin seeds, grind it, slice garlic also.
  3. Take a pan and keep it on the stove. Once the pan heats add oil, once the oil heats add mustard and cumin seeds, once it starts crackle add red chiili, curry leaves, turmeric powder and then add tamarind juice, water into it.
  4. Once it boils add salt, add pepper and cumin powder, add garlic, add coriander leaves into it.
  5. Once it is done take it into a bowl and serve hot with rice.
