Instructions to make Gooseberry Rice:
Cook rice and cool it completely.
Heat oil in wide pan add mustard, cumin, channa dal and urad dal. Once dal turns golden brown add roasted peanut, curry leaves, broken chilli and chopped ginger.
Roast peanut for 1 minute in oil. Now add chopped gooseberry and cook for 1 minute in medium flame. Add salt.
Add hing and turmeric. Saute a bit. Now add the rice and mix thoroughly each and every rice should be coated nicely. Adjust salt level.
Garnish with coriander leaves and 1 tsp of ghee. Mix and serve hot.
