Bombay Biryani is one of the most favored of current trending meals on earth. It’s easy, it’s fast, it tastes yummy. It is appreciated by millions daily. Bombay Biryani is something which I have loved my whole life. They are nice and they look wonderful.

To begin with this particular recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can have bombay biryani using 16 ingredients and 16 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Bombay Biryani:
  1. Prepare 1 kg Rice
  2. Get 1 kg Chicken
  3. Prepare 20 gm Garam Masala
  4. Prepare 1/2 cup Cooking oil
  5. Make ready To taste Salt
  6. Get 2 tbsp ginger gaerlic paste
  7. Take 3 tomato slices
  8. Take 1 cup yogurt
  9. Take 2 tbsp Red chilli powder
  10. Get 1 tsp Green coriander powder
  11. Take 1 tsp Cumin powder
  12. Make ready 1 tsp Turmeric
  13. Take 3 Tomatoes (For Tomato paste)
  14. Get 1 kg potatoes
  15. Get 15 gm brown onions
  16. Get Garnish (Green chilli, Green Coriander, Mint, Lemon slices)
Steps to make Bombay Biryani:
  1. First clean Rice and soaked in a water for an hour.
  2. Slice tomato, potato & ginger
  3. Some tomato grinde with onion, green chilli, garlic, ginger to make a paste.
  4. In a pot first take some oil and zeera add chicken and fry it or half cook it.Now take a side.
  5. In a same pot take some oil add onion slices and ginger slices for frying till it become golden brown.set a side.
  6. In a same pot take 2 tbsp oil add tomato paste, whole garammasalay, yogurt, biryani phool pwder, jyfil jawetry powder and bhunefy it.till oil appears on top.
  7. Add some alu bukharay.
  8. Now add potatoes and half cook chicken on that bhuna masala.take half golden brown onion and sprinkle on it.half kept for last garnishing.
  9. In an other pot take water add 4 tsp salt and 2 tbsp vinegar
  10. Drain excess of water from rice and add on water pot for boiling.
  11. Boil till half rice cooked (1 kani).and then drain water.
  12. Now make a layer of the boiled rice on chicken alu qorma pot.
  13. Make an food colour solution on milk or kehwrha essence.apply on top of biryani.
  14. Sprinkle half remaining golden onion, Sliced tomato,Sliced lemon,Coriander leaves and keep on simmer for 15 min.
  15. Now yummy bombay biryani is ready to dish out.
