  1. In a bowl take the boiled soya granules and Potatoes,mash and combine it well
  2. Now add ginger garlic paste,onion chopped, chillies,salt,garam masala powder red chilli Powder and sugar,mixwell
  3. Add gram flour and make a dough
  4. Take small portion of the dough and give shape of the cutlets
  5. Roll it over biscuit crumbs and keep in a refrigerator for half an hour
  6. Add oil in a pan and deep fry the cutlets
  7. Your soya cutlet is ready.serve it hot with salad.
