  2. Peal and cut the cooled potatoes into cubes
  3. Add the potatoes to the frying pan with the,tumeric, chilli paste,corriander,salt & pepper close the lid and let it fry on medium heat. Make sure the spices are all mixed with the potatoes
  4. Add the rest but not the lemon juice
  5. Stir in and cook for 10 minutes stirring occasionally
  6. When cooked Add the lemon juice and stir in. Then serve with some fresh corriander on top.
