  1. Make ready 750 gm Mutton (prefer shoulder)

  18. Take 100 grms Cashew
  19. Get 50 grms Roasted Peanuts
  20. Prepare 100 grms Roasted chana dal(putane ke dal)
  21. Make ready 50 grms Sesame seeds
  22. Prepare 2 Cloves
  23. Make ready 1/2 tsp Fennel seeds
  24. Prepare 3-4 Black pepper
  25. Get 1" Cinnamon stick
  26. Make ready 4-5 Star anise
  27. Make ready 3 Red chillies dry
  28. Take 1/2 tsp Dry ginger
Instructions to make Kaari Chawal:
  1. First make the Kaari masala.
  2. Dry roast all the whole spices. Roast the peanuts, sesame seeds and chana dal too
  3. In a mixer all all the Curry masala ingridents and grind to a fine powder
  4. Take the mutton pcs add the ginger garlic paste salt and pepper, onion and tomatoes and other dry spices and boil the mutton till 6 vessels
  5. Take oil in a big pot and add the zeera
  6. Add the red chilli powder
  7. Add 250 grms of the Curry masala prepared
  8. Fry the masala till it turns golden and nice aromas spreads
  9. In the masala add the mutton stock along with the pcs
  10. Add 2 tbsp tamarind paste
  11. Add coconut milk
  12. Let the curry simmer for 30 to 45 mins
  13. Enjoy the Kaari with khamiri roti and rice
