  1. Prepare 150 gms fusili pasta, boiled
  2. Prepare 2 tbsp veg mayonnaise
  3. Get 1 tsp vinegar
  4. Prepare 1 cucumber, chopped

  6. Prepare 1 onion, chopped
  7. Make ready 1/2 capsicum, chopped

  1. Take a pan, add a little bit salt and oil to it and let it boil. As it comes to a boil, add pasta to this and let it cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Once it's done, drain off the water. And run cold water over it, so that the cooking process stops.
  3. Now in a large mixing bowl, add all the chopped veggies, mayonnaise, pepper, vinegar and salt. Mix all these nicely.
  4. Now add the boiled pasta into this. And give this all a nice mix.
  5. You can serve it as it is or chilled in a refrigerator! It tastes just amazing either way!
