  1. Take 500 grams frozen spinach or 3 bunch of fresh
  2. Prepare 3 Onions chopped

  6. Take to taste Salt
  7. Get 1 TSP turmeric powder
  8. Prepare 2 TSP cumin and coriander powder

Steps to make Palak Paneer:
  1. Prepare everything by chopping the onions and slicing the garlic and dicing the paneer.
  2. Heat the oil till it's really hot and turn the heat on low and add cumin seeds and it will brown really quickly so add the garlic make sure you only golden brown the garlic and then add paneer fry the paneer on all sides and take it out in a bowl with some of the garlic.then add the onions and let it turn soft add the spices and stir until well combined.
  3. Add the spinach and cook till nearly done and add the paneer back in the pan stir and finish cooking.
  4. Enjoy this with roti or paratha.serve hot.
  5. Note:- You can substitute the paneer with peas or potato or both.
