  1. Prepare 1 cup Left over green salad
  2. Take 1/4 cup Grated coconut
  3. Get 1/4 cup Boiled splitted moong dhal
  4. Get 4 Green chillies, slit
  5. Get Few Curry leaves
  6. Make ready 2 tbsp Olive oil
  7. Get 1 tsp Mustard seed
  8. Take 1 tsp Cumin powder
  9. Take to taste Salt
  10. Make ready 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
Steps to make Green salad fry:
  1. Take a pan, add olive oil, put mustard seed and curry leaves,
  2. Now add chilli, leftover green salad, turmeric powder, boiled moong dhal, cumin powder, salt. Cook in low flame for 3 to 5 mins.
  3. Now add grated coconut, mix well and fry for 2 to 3 mins.
  4. (Optional) add 1/2 tsp lemon juice and serve fresh veg fry
