  1. Take 250 gm black gram
  2. Get 2 tablespoon ghee

  8. Prepare to taste salt and red chilli powder

Steps to make Dal makhni:
  1. Soak dal 2 to 3 hour boil it in cooker with 5 to 6 whistle add salt
  2. Grind all ingredients in mixer coarsely add ghee in a pan add masala & bay leave &jeera
  3. Roast it till brown add dal in it also add more water & a black cardamom
  4. Boil it on low flame without lid stir occasionally half an hour
  5. When it comes to cool add cream and garam masala serve it
