The ingredients needed to make Everyday lunch:
  1. Prepare 1 chicken breast
  2. Get 1 medium onion
  3. Get 1/2 cup couscous
  4. Get 1/2 carrot

  3. Boil water and add salt and broccoli.
  4. Add chicken breast to carrot, parsnip and onion and cook
  5. Boil water and add to half cup of couscous
  6. Serve and enjoy
