  4. About 15 minutes before you're ready to serve your food/eat, take the dough out onto a clean floured surface and need for 10-15 minutes again.
  5. Split it into 3-4 and roll them out into rough circles about 1cm thick or half the thickness of your index finger
  6. In a hot pan add oil and allow it to get really hot. Once it's hot add one of your naans. When bubbles start to form, flip it.
  7. Cook on the other side for a couple more minutes before transferring to a plate (you can put kitchen towel between each naan to soak up any excess oil, but it's optional). Once they're all cooked flip the pile around so the coolest one is at the top and serve
